my 8' lites have a single pin and my 4' lites are dual pin. How do I order the correct 8' or 4' with the correct pins?

How to order the 5000K color

I don't understand the question....The kelvin & lumen specs should be listed in the itemple description.

the first 2 fixtures i installed the bulbs won't stop flickering any suggestions?

Make sure the ballast is by-pasted. These bulbs don't use a ballast. If you have the T12 fixture and have it wired with hot on one end of the bulb and neutral on the other end, make sure both sides of the tombstone is connected. They are non-shunted and may cause the problem with the duel function bulbs. If you have it wired as single ended, make sure it is only wired on the end with the bulb requiring the power. If everything is wired right and it still does it. Verify the bulbs work in a know good fixture. Possible you may have a loose connection in a wire nut or the tombstone. Check to verify the tombstone is not broke where the bulb is held.

How cold of weather are these bulbs rated for ?

I don’t know the specifics for cold temp rating, but I specifically bought them for use in the garage. It is getting very cold through the nights here now and the lights are instant on without issue. They work great so far in my application.
