One of my friends suggested this tonic to me. I must say I was surprised with the results. It regularized my periods. The stomach pain and back pain during this time has lessened considerably. Another good thing I noticed is that my hair fall has reduced as well. Now, I ordered big bottle so I won't run out of tonic again. Good & effective for painful periods

I purchased it for my daughter and she says it is effective and improves overall health and well being. Use it for atleast 3 months after consulting Ayurveda doctor.

Although it has many natural herbs but this syrup may not be as effective because of added preservatives, addictives and harmful chemicals. I would not recommend this syrup to any one.

This works, if taken as suggested consistently. Also required is a good diet, good amount of water consumption, some regular exercise and a stress free atmosphere wherever you live/work, good rest to the body. It is a add on towards good period, cramp less and timely period, not something you completely depend upon.
