I was worried to buy this product because there was a lot of bad reviews about this. My review maybe little premature since I just got this unit and only used it once. And I will update if I change my mind later but this thing works as expected and accomplishes a good job for small grass yard I have. Assembly is easy enough and mowing process is fairly simple. However it does require some power behind pushing especially at the initial push of each time. I would say this will be a good, light workout. Once it goes, It goes fairly well from one end to the other. While you cannot really turn it well to go different direction. Also when you are an uneven ground or if ground is slippery, the wheel might not catch on very well. On those spots, you just have to go back little bit and start their like you would with the mud or snow when driving. At the end of the day, this is manual push unit and you should not expect this to behave like motorized one. Only thing I'm not super happy about is the fact the grass flies around everywhere during cutting process and it does not really fall in the bag. What's the product video on this and you will see it's flying around and that's exactly what you got. There are times when Wheels get stuck. I had it one stop by little cable ties That was laying on the ground. The other time it was just a ball of mud. So you just reverse the blade little bit and shake the machine for mud to fall off then you go ahead again. Most of negative stuff I mentioned here are things that I expected from manual mowing unit and I think those are reasonable, expected downside, that's why I give this a full five star.

I was not sure what to expect from this tool after the reviews. I used it to cut my grass, I chose not to put the clippings catcher on it. The grass shoots out the back and somewhat high. Pick up the sticks before you cut the lawn. They will jam up the wheel. The other issue I found was my "Zamboni" skills. As I tried to overlap a little bit from each pass. The blades do not go to the wheel, so I had lots of strips. It cut well other than that. After a month of use, the treds on the wheel keep coming off. The blades have dulled to the point that where my grass is thicker, the wheels stop moving.I bought this in April 2019. Since then I have had a replacement sent twice. After the 2nd, they sent me a bigger one. Since then, that one has broken and they sent another replacement. The machines have not lasted a month before they break. I cannot get my money back because Amazon says it is too late and the company says they can only deal with warranty issues. At least at this rate, the 2 year warranty will never be an issue.

Easy assembly, backward instructions, very sharp. Don't buy if you're over 5'3" like me. Handle to push is perfect for my height but a taller person would be out of business & that isn't adjustable.

It does not mow long grass well. You must mow on a regular basis if you want it to be an easy job. No mater what, it is much harder to mow the yard with a push mower. You will have to go over the yard multiple times to get all the stragglers. That's just how it is with old-fashioned push mowers. The mower height is easily adjusted. I would get this if you have a Small yard that you would consider just doing with a weed eater. For the price, the low/no maintenance, low space requirement this is definitely longer lasting and quicker to use than a same priced weed whacker. For medium and large yards NO unless you want a workout.

Super easy assembly (no tools needed except hex wrench provided), except for the final adjustment. I missed the part that said “turn upside down". I recommend that you do this 1st (pages 8 & 9). It is only hard to push on uneven ground, but if your lawn is flat & even, you'll be fine. It would have been nice to have had some adjustment in the handle height as I am very tall, but it's OK. Much easier for me to push and use than "the beast" (a self-propelled regular lawn mower) that my husband used. It's much smaller and easier to store than the beast too and requires no gasoline -- good for the environment. Grass catcher easy to put on and take off. Because it is light weight it's a bit wimpy, but I'll take wimpy over the beast.
