I use this Fitness ring to enhance the strength in my left leg post knee replacement… It truly helped limiting my PT appointments.

I bought this pilates ring after a knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist has me do exercises with it at PT and I wanted the ability to do those same exercises at home. I was worried this ring might be too stiff, but it wasn't. It was just perfect. I have not had it more than a couple of weeks, but seems like it will hold up. It's the perfect size and the foam pads are comfortable.

This pilates ring is comfortable and easy to use. I've been looking for a way to exercise my abductor muscles other than isometrics and this does it. Plus, it has a steel band core, so breaking doesn't seem to be an issue; some of the users of the plastic core rings complained of breakage. I'd estimate the resistance to be "medium" which is enough for me to get a muscle "burn" when doing a sufficient number of repetitions and sets. A good value.

Seems to do the job, but…I heard it crack after a couple of workouts. Still works but I think it weakened, and I don’t know how long it is going to last. But…I bought one several years ago and it’s still going strong, stronger than new one. Guessing they aren’t making them as well as before

Bought this brand because it is the same used at my local YMCA. Ring seems more flexible than the ones at the YMCA. Probably just different materials used that allows it to have more give. Should be fine for the stretching I want it for at home.

Great item! It's not so much for "squeezing" between your legs like some more common rings. But for other things its perfect. It's just like the ones my gym uses.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately I ordered this item expecting a new item but it has many signs of previous use when I took it out of the box, such as deep creases from bending and white scuffs on the handles.

i use this working out for upper body, but mostly for leg strength. it is easier to squeeze than the hard plastic ones and the plastic ones can be a little painful to the thigh and knee area
