Easy to cut and install, very durable, good value for the money. May order some more.

My garage door always leaked water when it rained. After I installed this the rain stopped coming under the door. It is easy to install and glue down with the included tube of silicone. I like the yellow strip for the visibility that keeps me from tripping on the strip. The car easily rolls over the strip. This is a great addition to any garage and well worth the money. Highly recommended.

If you need a little more water protection under your garage seal, this is a perfect choice. This seal is nice and thick and very pliable. The instructions explain everything for an easy installation. The installation went smooth and no problems as long as you read the directions. The only thing that would be better with it would be a clear caulk instead of the white caulk. Ever since installing this seal water has not leaked underneath my garage seals, I would recommend.
