Good enough for price
I’ve only used the product sparingly, twice a day but not everyday and only 3 spoons instead of 4 or 5 (what it says on the tub) but I did see results starting after the second week. I was very skinny and only wanted to gain a bit of weight, didn’t really matter what type more (fat or muscle). You do have to shake it very well otherwise you’ll get some lumps. Overall, I am happy with the product I got for the money I paid.

Terrible taste and causes stomach cramps
This product tastes awful and has very strong digestion consequences probably due to the protein overload. Terrible cramps and gas! Waste of £35.
