Uncomfortable as shipped
The base pillow is very firm, and unless you like extra firm pillows, you will likely find this uncomfortable too. The small pillow is nice, but by adding it to base it caused my neck to bend to an uncomfortable position. The overall height was simply too much.So……. taking my knife, I carved out a section of the base pillow and replaced it with the comfortable small pillow. After my mod, I’m now able to use it as intended.

Great quality, but does not solve arm problem
I am a left side sleeper, and the pressure on the left arm and shoulder joint is concerning.So. Thought I would try this pad pillow. It didn't solve the actual arm position problem. But the pillow gave me options to sleep on my side.I lean on it. Into it. This takes some weight off my upper body. The two arms of this help support my torso. My head is supported at shoulder level. Etc. I use it constantly.I occasionally use the tunnel for the left arm, but that means sleeping more on my back. The cushion is just the right density, and the white fabric cover is luxurious. The zipper is invisible mostly. I have not tried removing the cover to wash it. And imagine it might be a struggle getting the case to cover the foam again. And I spend a lot of time trying to design a system to take pressure off the under arm. Digging a hole in the mattress seems to be what might work. The small head pillow, additional, is lovely but have not used it.

Not For Left Side Sleepers
Bought this as a Christmas gift only to find out once it was out of the vacuum sealed package it wasn't for left side sleepers even though it clearly states in the description and shows in pictures that it is suitable for left side sleepers.

Not good for your neck
I ordered this as I have shoulder pain and thought it would be helpful and cheaper than the expensive one that’s online right now.Well, I was wrong. My shoulder still felt a bit of pressure when using this pillow, although it was a little bit better, however; it was very uncomfortable on my neck and the pillow is hard and uncomfortable to sleep on even with the little top pillow. It’s like sleeping on the arm of the couch. I couldn’t make it through the whole night with this pillow. If I did, I would’ve probably woken up with severe neck pain.

Shoulder pain relief
This is wonderful for shoulder pain. I sleep with the medicline pillow system at home but it’s too big to put in my camper or travel with. This is a great solution. Yes the cut out is for left side sleepers but I still was comfy on my right side. It’s a good alternative to my very expensive and large medicline system! Love that’s it’s smaller

Doesn't fit and is only for left sided sleeper
Spacing between front and back is a bit snug for me and won't accommodate my husband at all. Only works if I am sleeping on my left side and I found I just move around too much to have a pillow that "holds me in position".

This pillow is so close to perferct, but....! Cover it with men's sleep pants as a pillow case.
My pictures look a bit different as I use men's sleep pants for an added pillow cover. They work perfectly and don't interfere with the functional aspects of the pillow. I admit I have tried at least 20 pillows of all types and sizes trying to find one that is perfect when you have sore shoulders,, yet keep your back and neck comfortable too. This pillow is actually ONLY made for left side sleepers as your arm goes under the whole in the long arm of the pillow which ends up on the left side. Hey, maybe you could use a hole on the bottom of both the left and right sides, so people who sleep on either or both sides can adjust the pillow accordingly.I am able to use the pillow now, while I lay on my left side only as my arm is able to go through the whole and the pressure is taken off my left side to the point it doesn't hurt nearly as much when I sleep with this particular pillow. The problem is when you need to move a bit, you can't use it to lay on your back as the pillow is too stiff and it feels like your chin is being pressed into your chest. Imagine putting the extra pillio on top of that one, it would make your head way too high! Can't lay on the right side at ll as there are no holes to stick anything through. They definitely have the right design in mind, but keep going and add longer sides, cut out the bottom on each side, then cut just a small area where the head goes and completely ditch the small pillow.

Not for right sided sleepers
The way the pillow is designed is fine for left sided sleepers but if flipped over for right sided sleeper the tunnel for the arm is on top therefore doesn’t conform to a right sided sleeper .
