Good for the price
Easy to use and easy to clean. Very light. A little flimsy at the full length and difficult to apply enough pressure to use squeegee. Standing close to the wall and pulling vertically helped.Worth the price compared to others

Questionable design
I purchased this to access the second floor windows of my home, that would require a max reach of 18 feet above the ground, or about 14 feet from my standing height. I had 2 extension rods attached to try out the cleaning pad/Squeegee on my first floor windows before I added the remaining rods to do the scond floor - and the head snapped at the base while cleaning my second window. To be clear, this was not used anywhere near full extension, it was at most 36". Dissappointed to see a design flaw that has the weak part of the system ( where the head attaches to the rod) be so frail.
