love the sound
I ordered these ZIPFORCE True Wireless Earbuds, Fully in-Ear Bluetooth 5.3 Headphones 4-Mics ANC ENC Clear Call, Bluetooth Earbuds Touch Control 40 Playtime, IPX6 Waterproof TWS, Light-Weight Earphones, Black for my GF because she had to have her hearing aids serviced. She likes to listen to audio ministries and when she didn't have her hearing aide, she was able to use these. this is her review:::First off, I have never had earbuds because I've used hearing aids for 6 years. My HA have a good sound and so when I got these earbuds, I was expecting to hear the same sound. But these have a different sound. These earbuds are pretty nice & sleek, and I like the design. The convenience of being able to walk away while remaining connected to the earbuds is fantastic. Unlike hearing aids, which often disconnect with just a short distance, these earbuds maintain the connection seamlessly. The Bluetooth pairing process is incredibly swift and straightforward. The settings are designed for easy pairing of your wireless headset in a single step, ensuring that your device reconnects automatically the next time you use it.The product description boasts of a High-Capacity charging case that supposedly powers Bluetooth headphones for an impressive 40 hours. However, my experience fell short of this claim. The headphones provided an average of 4 to 6 hours of listening time, which is a far cry from the promised duration. Given that my day is filled with listening to various ministries, music, and podcasts, I can assert with certainty that they didn't even reach 24 hours of playtime. I appreciated the noise cancellation and the rich bass sound they offered, which my hearing aids couldnt match. I plan to have my boyfriend guide me through all the features since he owns the latest iPod model. However, my primary negative issue is that they wouldn't stay in my ears. Despite trying various ear pads to find a better fit, the problem persisted. Every time I managed to fit the ear pods back in, I'd inadvertently switch them off or adjust the volume. The persistent voice, of Alexa's half-sister, informing me of "maximum volume" or "power off, power on," was enough to make me return them to their case. It wouldn't be fair to rate them three or four stars since I'm not accustomed to ear pods. I love the sound quality and the noise cancellation feature, but not the fact that they kept falling out.

Surprisingly nice
Since these were not a major name brand, I wasn’t expecting them to be super nice. However, after using them for a bit, I really like them. The buds are very comfortable in the ear canal. The build quality is really nice. They have some weight to them; not that they are heavy, just that they feel solid. The buds make good contact with the charging pins. The sound quality is about on par with my soundcore liberty 2 Pro set (minus the active noise cancelling) the Mic is not the best. When holding phone conversations in a quiet room the other side can defiantly tell that im not using the phone’s microphone. (has a slight tunnel sound to the mic). These charge via a USB-C cable. These do not support wireless charging. They charge very slow. I measured them at 1 watt.My only real con is the shape of the case. It’s very awkward opening the lid.

earbuds
After I replaced the silicon tips with the smallest tips, these fit my ears nicely and are comfortable. They are also not falling out; it's a solid fit. One thing I really like about these is the absence of a disembodied voice saying "connected" when I put them in and pair them; they simply start playing. Good call! I like the futuristic pod they come in, though I do have a little trouble getting the individual buds out for some reason. I don't take calls on ear buds but I do listen to YouTube while I'm working, and these are perfect for that.

Works but the instructions are awful, support isn't great, and the case is difficult
I got these to replace a 5-year old Skullcandy Indy Evo set where the battery in the charging case is going bad. I've had several sets of earbuds, including a few different Skullcandy models. I'm not an audiophile so as long as the sound is reasonably crisp and can overcome road noise in my car I'm generally happy.I had several issues with these earbuds. The first is that the manual is not very well written. The second is the manual is apparently completely wrong. I found this out when I went to initially charge the case. Instead of the green lights indicated in the manual I got orange and white lights. The lights also didn't follow the patterns described in the manual. So I contacted support. After a couple of days of waiting, support got back to me and told me "this is a manual issue". They attached a copy of the new manual, except it wasn't. It was a design picture of the packing box. There were no instructions. So I replied back asking how that was supposed to help. After another few days, I got a response telling me "When charging, the charging boxindicator light will flash orange light slowly. If the charging box complete charging, the charging box indicator light will keep orange for a long time". There was no indication of what "a long time" meant and my case isn't following that pattern. I had previously explained that when I plug mine in the light turns solid orange for about 3 seconds, then white for about 3 seconds, then goes out. I repeated what mine does and am still waiting for a response. The thing is, the case seems to be working. The headphones are charging fine and I seem to be able to charge the case as well. So I think they don't have an actually correct manual for this product and you just have to figure out the charging. The last issue I have is getting the headphones out of the case. Maybe it's just because I have large, fat, fingers but they headphones are tough to get out. The lid doesn't open far enough and, because the earphones are held in magnetically and are quite slick, it's tough to get a good grip on them to pull them out.Once they're out they work fine. They are comfortable and sound good. They're loud enough and crisp enough for my purposes. Unfortunately, they're actually slightly more expensive than what they're replacing, which don't have any of the issues I mentioned.
