Excellent, sturdy, best in class, great washes as per the modes, really very silent, and a great product overall. Very happy with the washing machine overall as this runs really smoothly and has a very silent motor. The machine has good wash quality and all the modes work perfectly as expected. My only complaint is that the mode selector switch looks cheap and of poor quality plastic, but this is not the case with any other component of the machine. It seems durable to me, but only time can tell. Overall satisfied with this machine and would happily recommend it over others in the same range.

Overall, the product is quite impressive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, particularly in the installation process. Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.)Let me write cons firstCons:Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions.Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront.Pros:Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model.Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done!Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

I purchased a Bosch washing Machine of 8Kg and works completely fine.The installation guy almost robbed 4000rs by panicking me and forcing me to purchase a few accessories which was thoroughly unprofessional.1. Bosch Cleaning liquid (200ml 2 packets) = 1100/- (he said it is mandatory to purchase this)2. Anti vibration pads = 680/- (I was aligned as he told I will receive a mail for all the accessories purchase)3. Filter with tap adapter = 750/- (he did not tell me rate and he installed it without my notice and says adaptor is also chargeable. It was a local brand whereas Bosch brand product was only of 500/-)4. The biggest scam he did was force me to buy a Aqua brand distillation magnetic filter = 1450/-Saying Machine will stop functioning in a few months due tohard water and the Bosch won't provide service without this distallation filter). It may cost 10000 later to repair. When I checked on the internet it was only 800.He charged me 3980 and I felt I was cheated in a matter of 20minutes installation.I know people would comment it was my fault to agree. When the installation is from Bosch and we blindly trust them & their service.Later when I checked all the rates, I feel I was cheated and forced to buy them by panicking me of the damage.I am sharing this so that no one else gets fooled.Location : Bangalore North.
