Heart Talk: Poetic Wisdom for a Better Life Paperback – March 6, 2018

This book was given to me by a dear friend when I was down. It was exactly what I needed at that time and I have sense opened it up many times over the last few years. Cleo is so positive and her words are accessible and encouraging and go right to the heart. I have bought many copies for people I love period. This is a book you can open to any page at any time. It is a great gift for anyone in need of some encouragement and a hug. It is also a great gift for those that can be difficult to buy a gift for! Thank you!

As a young adult I really suggest everyone who is looking to start reading books to get this because it’s very good makes you self reflect aswell and heals your inner thoughts or things you may have went through. Each page is very informative

I love this little book so much! Cleo Wade is a great poet and writer, and this one make a great gift for readers and/or poetry lovers.I have given it to young people for confirmation or graduation as well.

Warmed a broken heart. Helped guide devastating feelings. Would recommend to anyone going through it right now. It’s like a hug.

I highly recommend gifting this book to yourself and everyone in your life. With that said, apologize to them in advance because the font this book is written in is almost as bad as Curlz or Comic Sans, no joke. Font aside, this book is a quick read with feel good messages and wisdom that comes from a truly beautiful and mindful woman, Cleo Wade. Just buy the damn book #selflove

I 100% recommend this book by Cleo Wade! This is just what I needed. Absolutely magnificent! Everything she says/writes is TRUTH. Life is hard, Be Strong & Believe In Yourself. Amen. I also saw Ms. Wade on Reese Witherspoon's Netflix special "Shine On" & she was so awesome. I LOVE powerful & strong women!! Thank God for these women that are helping our younger women & girls to believe in themselves no matter what others say or think. And it's so needed. LOVE, LOVE this book. *Only con is I received it (sooner than expected which was a big plus tho, couldn't wait to read every page!) & the front cover is dirty. Took the cover off tho & the actual book design is beautiful! So I guess not really a con after all lol. Thank u, Cleo, for writing this to share with all of us! Ur making this hard & often cold, oppressive, racist world a little bit (a lot!) better.
