Easy to use switch
Installed tw0 of these for my solar panels. Easy install and very sturdy connectors! The shut off has a very good fell when using!

DON'T ABUSE IT
The switch works as advertised. I caution you not to abuse it, because it is made of plastic, and feels like it will break if you use forcefully turn the dial too many times. I am not saying that this is fragile, but it's not as durable as if it were made of some type of metal. I have seen photos of broken dials, and I think the user may have just turned the dial with too much force.BTW, I am using this switch on a power station that I use nearly daily, and cut it on/off every day, using this switch. The switch has held up well, and does it's job. Just be mindful of its specs and parameters, so as you do not exceed the 30A or 1200V capacity. I can't comment on its weather protection rating, because my switch is not exposed to external weather.

This disconnect switch is great. The price is right on. It works perfectly with my off grid solar setup. I recommend it to anyone

Works great. Used it to separate my solar panels from my inverter

Use a multimeter, don’t rely on their documentation
My best piece of advice is to use a multimeter to verify open & closed paths in both the on & off switch positions. By removing the 4 screws & slightly elevating the cover from the box you can access the internal contacts in both switch positions. I not only found the documented schematics hard to read but also incorrect.

I would buy these again
Fit my situation perfectly. Two strings of panels feeding two MPPT slots in the inverter. This allows me to separate and isolate each one individually (two switches). Very well built and easy to install.

easy to install and works like it should.
It came with everything you need to install it except for a couple of screws to mount it to whatever you are mounting it to. To me that is very good. They work exactly as they should, very easy to install. I have purchased 3 of them now, and have them all installed and functioning.
