Fits two of my generic (cylindrical) epi pens in one.
Works and I was surprised that it held both of my epi pens in one of the zippered pouches.Now I have the second one for my additional meds and syringes.

My kids both needed a way to carry their epi pens when not with me and this plus a lanyard is perfect!

Snug but fits.
These fit my epi pens snugly. I like the bright color and clear first aid indicator, in case of emergency and need someone else to administer. I hook it to the front of my backpack during archaeological fieldwork where the crew can see it.

We got the standard size epi and it is hard to get it in and out of the pouch.

Epipen doesn't fit
If there were about 1" longer they would be 5-star perfect. Unfortunately the junior epipen doesn't fit. *Maybe* I could jam it in there, but then it would be too difficult to remove in an emergency. A shame because the pouch's weight, color, and clasp would have been perfect to clip to a bag or purse and be easy to find in an emergency.
