The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased this for upstairs in our house to bring down the humidity, but actually it turned out it wasn't that bad after all. However, I repurposed the dehumidifier to aid in drying our laundry indoors.Game Changer!What took several days on an airer next to the radiator, now takes a few hours at most.I first tried this on a thick, chunky, zip up fleece jacket that would take an age to dry, and lo and behold the dehumidifier sapped most of the moisture out of it (90%) in under 6 hours. Brilliant.It also works well on a full rack of laundry too.The machine itself is well made, but can be loud if on a high fan setting, and is easy to use. Features include a timer to switch on/off the machine, Laundry Mode, humidity settings, sleep mode.The digital displays are easy to read, and there's a big display on front of the dehumidifier showing the current humidity.My only regret is not purchasing one sooner.

Never used a dehumidifier before, so did not know what to expect. Since our building was re-clad we have suffered from terrible condensation, but this machine has changed everything. No more mopping windows and patio doors every morning and evening. Even in a no huge flat it fits in easily. I have it mainly in our lounge/kitchen and it pulls out 2 litres of water every 2 days. Easy to use. There is some noise but you get used to it quite quickly. I do not know how it compares to others in that way. Love this machine, the time it saves and the elimination of mould is just so good.The price seemed reasonable and it comes out well in reviews and tests.

I've updated this review having now used this product daily for 6 weeks. (Original review is below for reference). Having previously said it was mediocre, actually I'm finding this dehumidifier great value and it does a good job. We've been using it in a small double bedroom for 6 weeks for about 6-8 hours per day, normally in three stints of 2-3 hours each. It has transformed our bedroom which used to have loads of condensation on the window and walls throughout winter. There is now none at all. I even tried it in the conservatory (dining room) over Christmas with all the cooking going on and lots of people in the house, and it worked a treat there too. The key pad is a little tempremental - you sometimes have to push the timer button 3 or 3 times to get it to work, but that seems standard for most electronic devices these days. I am buying a second one.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Only had this for 2 days so far, so I will add to this review if opinion changes.It's easy to use and looks neat. Emptying the water is easy too.But so far it seems mediocre at best in terms of performance. It's been on for 2 or 3 hours at a time during the day, normally with a 2 or 3 hour gap in between. It does seem to have reduced the level of condensation in the room, although the window was still very wet in the morning. However, that's probably because we haven't had it on during the night, but that's because it's too noisy for sleeping.We've had it set to 40% humidity in a small bedroom (the optimum bedroom humidity apparently being 30-50%). The best humidity we've managed so far is about 58%.

Purchased this to help dry washed clothes during the day time. Once the clothes are on the airer I find that this dehumidifier does a good job removing the moisture from the clothes - obviously, the longer it is on the better it works. Personally I use it in the conservatory for about eight hours before completing the drying in front of a radiator. As most of the moisture has been removed there is hardly any condensation as a result. Appears to be very economical as well.

After moving into my flat I decided to buy this product due to minimal windows. The unit is stylish not to bulky and is really easy to stow away. I mainly use this after a shower too help with moisture build up and I have not been disappointed. It has an easy pull out water tank that makes it easy to empty once full and starts again automatically once the tank is replaced. It has a digital display on the top which shows temperature and humidity and also great features such as a sleep timer, child lock and high and low settings. I must say that this init is not loud. When in operation a barely even notice it's on. For the money this is a great little unit that does exactly what it is supposed to. Really happy with my purchase.
