These have been really useful after surgery. Freeze really quickly. They're a good size. Worked well for pain relief. Good value for money.I haven't yet used them hot.

I am experiencing some pain in my hips at the moment and was advised by my physio to use a packet of frozen peas to ease the pain, didn't fancy that so purchased the reusable cold pack and it really works !!!!! So glad I bought this.

OK didn't last long tho but worked fora bit then it pop

The quality of these packs are fantastic which I didn't expect for the price, I pop them in the freezer for an hour and they are cold enough but stay flexible so your able to bend it to any curve, I've bought them to help bring down the swelling from hand surgery. It's great that I have a 2 pack because I'll also be using them for hot and cold therapy once I start my physio.

Only used as ice pack but it keeps cold for a long time such amazing quality and freezes quickly
