seriously avoid this product it was the worst electro larynx we have ever used. my aunt had recently broken her other one and we had to find an affordable unit. we were unsure about it since it was so cheap (we see why now), but we bought it. BAD DECISION!!!! the controls were hard for her to understand, the instructions didn't really help, she couldn't find much help online and this thing felt so cheap. just plastic. now she cant speak for another few weeks while we wait to find a new one.so disappointed. we threw it away. AVOID!!
