Great taste! A lot of product for a good price. Not quite as strong as the popular magnesium gummies, but I do think it helps me relax and provides some long-term benefits as well.

I don’t know how it works for others, but for me, this magnesium just didn’t work. I’ve taken other forms of magnesium before that helped me relax, but with this one, I actually feel more restless. Ever since I started taking it, I’ve had a harder time falling asleep. At first, I thought it might be due to other factors, but after trying it for several nights, I’m convinced it’s this magnesium.
