These are good quality glasses and are very comfortable to wear. They don't hurt your nose. I have been playing games for a long time and am always looking at the screens of various devices. Blue light has never affected my ability to sleep. I don't believe that it does. I just bought these because I have had dry eyes for many years, long before I used technology. I can't wear these because the amber colour is horrible when I am playing games. I have given them to my husband and he likes them, however. They do stop the glare from screens. As I said, they're lightweight, comfortable and good quality. I just don't like the effect of them. Update: I have changed my mind about the amber lenses. I tried them again and they are very good at reducing the glare from screens. I think that I just wasn't used to the colour because, as I said, I have never even used the nightlight filter on my devices. I am so used to blue light that the amber colour seemed very strange to me 😅 I like the clear lenses too and am going to use both pairs.
