Does this glucose syrup have a shelf life or expiration date?

This is preserved with sulfates (according to actual label). So, it should last long but could be bad for those with sulfate allergies. I ordered and never opened it due to allergy but seller won’t refund me even though I wanted to return.

What is this glucose syrup derived from?

Even if this is derived from wheat, it IS gluten free. Glucose has NO GLUTEN in it.
