Q: Would this work for magic the gathering cards (sleeved and inside a plastic ultrapro deck box)?

Don't know about the deck box, don't use those. It WILL fit standard mtg size sleeved cards: --------------- |||||||||||||||||||| --------------- But, they probably will work better 90° rotated from that "obvious" organizatiion.

Q: Will ultra pro deck boxes (80 count or 100 count) fit inside this? i understand that the corners are round, so i need to know if the boxes will fit.

You should be able to fit 4 of them vertically in each row if you look at the pictures put on the item in reviews you will see a bunch of different squared edged deck boxes can fit inside of it.

Q: Does this case hold mtg cards in their sleeves ? i've read reviews of many cases, that say you have to jam the sleeved cards in, so they get bent...

I have MTG cards sleeved but inside of deck boxes. I can fit roughly 6-8 decks in this case but only if they are inside a deck box. sleeved decks not inside a deck box would not work.

Q: Does this hold psa cards up and down?

Cards didn't fit at all, no matter how you put them in! I do not recomend this card organizer.
