Depends on the barrel length. It will be the medium, or large for sure. There are pics of the 3 sizes, with dimensions on Amazon. Very good padding, good quality cases.

Q: Will the "small" case fit the shield 45?

I keep my Shield .40 with the smaller magazine in it and it barely fits. A medium might be a little better for a .45.
