I wondered whether this cord for an older model iPod Nano would work. It did, so now I'm able to continue to use the iPod.

Had an older iPad it fits perfectly. For those wondering, it’s the one with the button on the bottom on the front of the screen.

It works well with the first generation iPad.

I "found" some of my older Apple devices in a drawer--iPods and the like. I have had problems with non-Apple cables in the past, so I was leery. I need not have been. This inexpensive cable works great to connect and charge those devices. There was no plug-in problem or lack of compatibility. The cable is long enough to go from a computer or charger to the device. After a couple of months of use on multiple devices, I don't see any wear and I have not had any quality issues.

Does what it should do if you still have an old Ipod that you use.
