Q: Can I use these to incline bed for acid reflux relief?

how much elevation do you need? these boards are only 2 inches wide. will that be enough to accommodate the feet of your bed? I edge glued to make them wider for the application I needed. if you have some skills you can also do that. but I wonder if 2x4's would work better for your needs. we would need more information: how high to lift the bed and the dimensions of the feet of the bed.

Yes, but make sure that the dimensions meet your needs. I don’t think 2” will work, but larger should be fine.
