Q: Does this work for paint pens? e.g. posca pens

Sorry, have only used this for paints in tins or plastic bottles; never pens. Don't see why not though, try using bluetac to fix pen to machine. Hope this helps.

Q: What plug format does this come with? UK three-pin?

I can only confirm a UK three-pin plug is incorporated in the AC/DC adapter on the one I purchased.

Q: What size bottles fit into this machine? Will it work with the standard round Tamiya glass jars?

I've just tried it with a Tamiya glass jar and it's fine. I really do like this product. I usually use Vallejo paints. Gives the paint a proper shake up thus saving time and my wrist. My only minor issue is that the suckers on the base are just not strong enough to hold the thing in place because it shakes so much. Excellent product at a realistic price.

Q: How do I go about getting a refund/replacement for this item, I bought it 12 weeks ago and it stopped working. I can't see any way to contact them
