Will these work for 2015 lexus es350 splash covers

They worked on my 2009 Avalon, and 2012 Rav-4. Now they work on my 2018 Camry. Don't know about Lexus, but Lexus is same company as Toyota.

Will it fit 2016 Toyota Camry?

Measure the diameter of the hole for the fastener and compare that with the recommended 7mm (~ 1/4") of this product. If you have a 1/4" drill bit use that - 7mm is slightly bigger so the drill bit will be really loose in the appropriate size hole.
