Q: Does this puzzle come with a poster inside?

We are literally using a magnifying glass! The box is small, and no poster. Makes it tough. Hardest puzzle we've done this pandemic.

Q: Are there different shapes to the puzzle pieces? Or is there just there just the “H” shape?

Q: What size are the pieces?

Hi. The pieces are "standard" puzzle size. Not smaller, not "thin and cheap". I would highly recommend a magnifying glass, and "sub sorting" the pieces. It's one of the most challenging puzzles myself and my parnter have ever done.

Q: How can i contact the merchant? the puzzle is missing 1 piece.

They don't replace missing pieces. I have had this problem with them before.
