I gave the bath toy as a gift for twins who love it. When I went to the yookidoo web site under safety notes it says all the toys are BPA free.

Can you have this in the shower?

It can be left in the shower. It has a suction cup that holds it to the side of the tub. It has to sit in water to be able to have the fountain circulate the water. It is low profile enough that my daughter leaves it in the shower and it's never in her way. Her 18 month old LOVES it and now sits safely while taking her bath without the constant battle of getting her to sit down. If your question was would it work in a shower, yes but it would have to sit in a basin of water for the fountain part.

Could this work in the pool?

I suppose that it could, it has suction cups on it to stick to the side of the tub walls and the bottom part has to be submerged in water for it to work.

We have a curved tub. Will this still work?
