Is the consistency of this liquid like a syrup?

A very thin syrup. But syrup in that it's kind of sweet. I have saved a flip up spout lid from an old bottle (they don't make that way anymore) and transfer to each new bottle. It pours easily into a Tbsp.

does this product contain any raw materials or ingreidients from china ?
