Tremendous relief
I only ended up using this product a couple of times around the 7 month mark where I had tremendous lower back pain. It was a huge relief. The holes are cut out perfectly to accommodate any size belly/breast's. The relief I felt from my back finally being able to relax for the first time in what seemed like months- it's indescribable. I was hesitant to buy this product because I knew it would have 0 other uses for any other time in my life, but for this specific time, it was so worth it

Great relief from side sleeping hip pain
This product is a must for anyone pregnant experiencing hip pain when they sleep. I wish I had bought it sooner. I call it my âraft!â My recommendation is to set it up on a guest bed. I always start my night in my normal bed on my side, but usually switch around 2-4am for a few hours once my hips start hurting. The main reason I generally move back is because my nose gets stuffy from facing down. FYI: I do not use the blow up pillow attached. I simply stack two of my own pillows. Some reviewers complain of their back starting to hurt after so long. While partially true, the product comes with a small scarf/sheet that acts like a hammock to provide some support to your belly. Also the downward sloping leg section might feel awkward at first but it provides a very valuable service by propping up your hips and supporting your back.Other reviewers have noted the hole not being large enough. I would describe myself as a small-medium (5â4â 135 lbs pre-pregnancy) and feel the main hole is barely large enough for me now at 30 weeks. To help, I did not blow air into the ring inside the hole. But please note, there is a larger hole if you flip it over. Unfortunately that side is all plastic without the velvet fabric And the hips donât angle down as much.My last comment involves the boob section. The gap was good in concept but rough on execution. I am only a 34B and barely fit. But I wouldnât knock this product for it. The gap helps relieve some pressure on your chest and thatâs all I personally need. I will sacrifice some boob squashing for hip relief.Hope you give it a try. I know I debated for weeks. I first purchased a U-shape body pillow that I used to prop myself up on my belly. It worked but only for so long.

Extremely Disappointed, Will Be Returning đ
I really thought this pillow would help to relieve my pain and discomfort, however it was the complete opposite. It was difficult to get cozy on. There's 3 different areas you have to blow up, which I found to be inconvenient because the air seeped out of them quickly. Also, there's no soft or cozy side for the moms who are 7-9 months pregnant, so you are literally laying on cold plastic. The swaddle blanket that they give you wasn't enough to support my belly. Lying there relieved the aching of my pelvic pain only momentarily, right before my back began to really ache in a new spot that wasn't hurting beforehand. It felt like all my ligaments in my lower back were pulling and tugging me forward. I even tried to find comfort on both sides. The headrest was awkward. It hurt to turn my neck to the left or right for too long. It would have helped to have an empty circle that way moms can lie completely prone, rest their face and have good alignment for their neck & spine. I also couldn't figure out what to do with my arms. I was constantly readjusting. I feel like I had to try too hard to find some type of comfort or pain relief... which ultimately never came. I tried to use it twice, but after 30 mins I would switch back to my pregnancy pillow (and what didn't seem too bad anymore) my bed.

Great concept, may not work for everyone
The good:-Would be easy to inflate with an air mattress pump.-possible to inflate with a shop vac and some creativity.-material seems quality and sturdyThe not so good:-this thing is tall and seems narrow for how high it raises you off of a surface-not quite long enough for taller folkI got this for my wife who is ~6 months pregnant (when I got it) and an avid stomach sleeper. She was VERY excited to try this! While she did enjoy being able to lay on her stomach, it quickly became apparent that it wasnât really sustainable to sleep on this or spend much time on it. Iâm sure this works wonderfully for some people, but not us.She finds that even with the recommended sheet/swaddle under her belly, it still pulls her low back way too much. It elevates you a good 6+ inches off of whatever surface, so it seems hard to relax for fear of slipping off since itâs kind of narrow. She couldnât sleep on it on our bed since she felt so unstable, but tried the floor and still couldnât rest for long. Sheâs a little above average height and her feet hang off a littleâ but she definitely needs a pillow under her ankles anyways⌠which is kind of hard to situate on the narrow, inflated surface.Sheâs used it a couple times and doesnât plan on using it more. Unfortunately it seems our return window has closed. If you get it, Iâd plan on doing some trials quickly to see if itâs right for you (since itâs not very cheap)
