Personally, I don't think it would be. It's quite thin. But I might be wrong and maybe someone else has tried it. If you're looking to use a sugar-free method it might be worth trying making your own glaze with erythritol and honey extract. You could make a syrup as well as control your own thickness of the liquid. Just an idea. Hope this helps

Well, the label clearly states that the product is, "Vegan honey flavour syrup" Under UK and EU law, any product described with the word "flavour" simply has to taste like the original, but doesn't have to contain any of the original product. However, if the product was described as, "honey flavoured" as opposed to "honey flavour" it would have to.contain an amount of real honey. As this product is simply described as, "honey flavour", it doesn't have to contain any real honey. So my take is that the product is fully compliant with both EU and UK law.
