Healthy and tasty
I do like sardines. Sardine salad or on toast but my favourite is in a fresh baked baguette. Sardines, tomatoes, onion, cheese all diced and mashed together with a dollop of salad creme and toasted in the halogen oven. These are not the cheapest but I feel safe that the quality is good.

Sardines are good on toast or in a sandwich. I always have some in the cupboard, great standby.
