Great product for a great price
Overall the edge banding is really good and great value for the money. I've order walnut edge banding multiple times. I've noticed the number of splices in the edge banding can vary somewhat significantly but the splices are done well and hard to notice once applied.

Easy to apply and stays put
I used this to edge a chess board I made from plywood. It was easy to iron on (used a Cricut mini press), it seems to be staying where I put it, and it really makes the board look finished.

Edge banding worked, but very thin.
I've used thousands of feet of iron on edge banding in my lifetime.This walnut edge banding was by far the thinnest I've ever encountered.That being said, it worked fine for my needs.I'll probably search for a different brand next time because of how thin this was.

It’s okay...not likely good to match old oil finishes.
Giving this 4 stars because I am returning it. The adhesive worked great on the 1” sample piece I tried. But....when I tried to match that sample to my shelves that are oil finished...it was like putting pine next to that beautiful walnut. This stuff stood out like a sore thumb. I couldn’t chance using it and it stand out like that and trying to stain to match isn’t what I want to mess with.

I don't think this is what the manufacturer had in mind...
I didn't use this for any furniture or marquetry project. I am working on a highly detailed and period-perfect dollhouse. I couldn't find any flooring that suited and looked perfect. I'm not one of those lolly-stick floor miniaturists. It had to be perfect. This stuff is perfect. I can cut it easily, fit it around room elements like hearths and stairways. It's the right colour. It's thin, so it doesn't add bulk, and because of being a stickler for scale, I didn't want anything bulky. (so no lolly-sticks). It irons down with a clover tool just perfectly, and because it's real wood, I can distress it to suit. THANK YOU!

What I was looking for, just a lot more than I needed. Only used several inches to shim a M1 trigger clamp.
