What a fantastic value this is when it comes to Pumpkin Seed Oil. I strongly feel like you can't get any better value over this, and my skin feels very soft and moisturized after taking 3 a day (like they suggest). I also have honestly taken 3 in the morning, and three before I go to bed for the benefit of less DHT, and just more moisture in my skin from the pumpkin seed oil.I think you're getting a huge value, and lots of pumpkin seed oil per mg by taking 3 per day, or even 6 if you want (I've had no side effects). I will continue to buy this as soon as I get down to the final 9 capsules (as I always do). Very good quality, great affordability, and you just simply can't go wrong with this especially if you're geared towards preventing loss of hair before it starts (like me).Luckily I keep my hair, but WANT to continue to keep it, and this does the trick!

I got this cuz it was cheaper than the one I saw on tik tok, yet it has good reviews. Just wanted to try it. I have fine/thin/bleached hair and hate that I still see my scalp through the hair. A lot falls out too. Since starting this, I see wayyyyy less shedding and now new hair growth. I noticed this within 2 weeks. I even made my hair girl check to see if it was new growth or breakage. Her and 2 other girls at the salon agree its baby hairs and new growth. I've also noticed after a month that my hair is significantly less greasy the next day. I usually have to wash my hair daily because it gets so oily. Now I can skip a day often. I only took 1 capsule a day for starters because I had stomach issues for the first week or 2. I went up to 2 capsules a day. Morning and evening with my other daily meds. I haven't noticed any energy boost. Quality seems good, but I've seen other reviews where it's supposed to be more orange colored, and this is clear/pale yellow. The pill is rather large, but it's easy to swallow. I've been using this everyday since I've got it and I really do feel better and more energetic, my skin is clearing up and I Sleep better, wake up early, I'm going to keep buying this product it's one of my favorite what I Call Vitamin Lol, it works like a Vitamin !

This is a great quality pumpkin seed oil. It’s easy to use. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night with a meal. It’s been a week and half but so far i have notice better quality sleep. Softgels are easy to swallow with food. My pimples started to fade away. I am excited to see more health benefits as i continue taking pumpkin seed oil for a long period of time.

Might not work for everyone because of the vast differences in humans genetic makeup but I have the enlarged prostate thats just a part of getting older for us guys. It was getting so I couldnt even get it out. This stuff started working the first night and still working weeks later. Its amazing, highly recommend if your e having that difficulty going to the bathroom, or going very often. Its made my prostate smaller.

I am almost done w/ bottle of 200 softgels, taking 3/day. The primary issues this supposedly helps with is enlarged prostate and hair loss. I have both, w/ my hair loss being simply a thinning of hair on my crown only. So, the hair loss thing would seem to be ripe for intervention, as I am only starting to thin.So far, no big difference for either noticed. To be fair, hair grows only a half inch a month, so if it is working perfectly on my hair, I don't think I would be able to tell yet. For my prostate, seems like maybe I am having a very slight improvement, but that could also simply be placebo effect. Again, to be fair, prostates don't grow overnight, and won't shrink overnight. So, given a friendly price point for the product, and zero side effects, I figure buying another bottle is worth the investment. I will update my review after bottle #2.
