Perfect for me as a motorcycle tech. Carhartt gear is my go-to.
I have a hard time spending money on quality clothes that I no I'm going to abuse/get dirty/etc. I finally decided to spend more money on a pair of pants that I thought would be more comfortable and durable. I work on motorcycles/ATV's/etc all day long, and these pants are really a game changer for me. The first point is that they fit and look good. I'm 5'6" @ 155lbs and a 31x30 fits me perfectly. Similar pants to this design feel "baggier" on me. I like that this is a somewhat relaxed fit, but they don't look baggy like other pants do. The second point I have is the quality of the pant material. These are holding up much better than similar pants that I have purchased. The double knee is very durable and I haven't been able to tear these pants yet when getting hung up or snagged on something around the shop. Third point for me is the pocket setup. I have recently transitioned to carrying my cell phone in the lower right "cell-phone" pocket that utility pants typically offer. On this pair of pants, this pocket is more secure and a bit more aft than other utility pants that I have purchased. This works a bit better for me, because my phone fits in this pocket tighter - I have lost my phone before on a test ride and have had to go back out to find it while wearing other pants. Overall, I'm convinced it's worth the extra $25 to be more comfortable and secure all day long. Buy with confidence from Amazon - if you purchase a size too small or large, just start an exchange, very easy and seamless process.

Best pants for construction worker
I order these for my husband every year. He works in construction and it’s really hard to find his size in stores. They’re great quality and the fit is just right. For reference he’s 6’4 and 250lbs. They typically do last him longer than a year. It really depends on the job he’s doing and how much he’s wearing them. He says they’re comfortable and the only work pants he likes to buy.

Great Work pants! Note: they run Small
I’m 5,8 195lbs, I usually wear 32w-30L or 33W-30L, before ordering these I read the reviews to get an Idea of sizing, most of reviews commented pants run small so I ended up ordering 34W-30L and they ended up being alittle tight on my waist and my thighs so I exchanged them for a 35W-30L and I almost didn’t notice much of a size difference, I’ll just need to air dry them after washing them. Quality is great, pants are not too wide more on the slim side, they feel very light and comfortable, Color Moss looks Awsome, I ended up ordering Few more 35W-30L.

These are great, size down on length
I normally don’t do reviews, but I have to say this is one of the best fitting pairs of pants that I’ve bought in a long time. Waist is perfect. Fit on the legs is perfect. not too tight, not too loose. From reading other reviews, I was under the impression that they run a little bit long, and they do.. I would normally get a 34 length, I went with 32 on the length and I’m happy with them.

Sizes are off so pay attention to this.
I love my Carhartts. These pants are probably the most comfortable I own. They e changed over the years though. They used to have rivets around the pockets if I’m remember correctly. And they used to be pretty true to size when compared to my other pants. I’m 6’-3” about 190 lbs. I tend to wear a large slim in my shirts. And a 34/34 in pants. Work a 34/34 for longer than I can remember. I originally bought the double duck loose fit in 34/34 (very hard to find) and I swear these things were about 1 1/2” from buttoning. And the legs were about 4” too long. And I swear the legs…I could fit two or three of my legs in there! I was certain this is what I always bought. But I sent the. Back. Tried a 35/34 (also nearly impossible to find) in the duck double front relaxed fit. These were better but not exactly what I was looking for. Waist fit better but legs were still too long and too loose. I tried out these rugged flex relaxed fit in a 35w 32l and they are perfect. Maybe a touch snug in the belt but I’ll get over it. I don’t know if I notice them “stretching”. They don’t feel stretchy but they’re crazy comfortable and seem tough. We’ll see. I’m 44 and the only thing I can tell you is nothing changes for the better and everything gets cheaper as time goes by. I do hope these last. I’m rough on pants. I wear them everywhere from work to yard work, working in the garage or riding the Harley. They feel great and seem strong. Update * I still love these pants. So much I ordered a second pair. I wish they had them in black but for now they do not. I wear these like denim. If I’m not doing anything dirty or sweaty I’ll wear them 4-5 times before I wash them. I do not dry them. Just hang them out to dry. They feel even better after some time. I also found a special hidden pocket with a tiny zipper just inside the right hip pocket. Pretty cool. These are great motorcycle/garage pants. Excellent for these cooler temps. I’ll keep buying these while they make them.

Game Changer for Carpenters.
Being a carpenter, the biggest complaints I have had with many workpants in the past has been that they impede movement between Joists, Rafters, Trusses, etc. The problem usually worsens when you sweat. These pants have been a tremendous upgrade in that respect. The fit is professional and the color looks presentable. They are obviously much more comfortable than many canvas or denim workpants. As far as the durability goes, they have held up decently well so far minus a small hole in the knee. But that small hole was caused by a slip with a utility knife and it has not worsened so that's a win for me. I think my favorite part is that you can slide the Carhartt knee pads into the double front. Absolute game changer for comfortability when wearing knee pads.

Very sturdy pair of jeans
Fit slightly big. Not wrinke resistant. Very flattering style and warm jean! Zipper quality is good. Overall a great daily jean.

Honest to God tough! Really cool.
These are pretty cool jeans for work, but so cool I may just save them for casual rugged so I don't get them covered it grease or pocked with welding holes burned in the legs. They are super heavy weight, literally. Thought I might use them for hauling hay. Still might one day, but right now I am too enamored with how cool they are. I just don't think a man could wear these out at all, especially over the front thigh area where they are so doubly thick. They've got some cool looking metal buttons in the waistline under the belt area for clipping on some suspenders. Never seen that before. I wear a belt, not suspenders, but I may just try a set since it would look pretty cool on these jeans. (Just PLEASE, guys, were a shirt with your suspenders if you do that! Gross, not cool.) Anyhoo, I'd love another pair of these. Oh, I am short waisted and prefer jeans that "sit below the waist", as they call them. However, these do not sit below the normal man's waist. They are a little high for my comfort, so the crotch sags down between my thighs and rubs me there. I have put up with this discomfort all my life since I have a short throw from waist to crotch. So far, the only jeans I've found that fit me perfectly are BKE Jeans at the Buckle store, and they are not very cheap. But those are not rugged like these, so I just have to continue to put up with that ill-fitting discomfort since apparently not very many men in the world have a short throw there like I do. I would love to request for Carhartt and Dickies, and any other men's rugged jeans to PLEASE make some of the "low waisted" jeans in your various brands and designs so guys like me could finally be comfortable. But I digress. . . These are no doubt very good jeans!
