It comes with the pink tweezers

Q: Do the gems have a sticky back?

No they don’t but i used Duo lash glue and they stayed on just fine

Q: What is the brush for

If you use gel to stick the stones on, you can use a brush to apply the stones and position them. It doesn’t work for me, but I have seen people do it.
