Bigger than I thought it would be with wider than normal wheels.
I bought this scooter for myself and a different one for my husband for our 25th anniversary. I was a bit shocked when I got the box and thought it was a bit heavier than I thought it would be. I bought us scooters for portable transportation to take in our van when we go camping. My son already had one and it is really easy to take with us. This one does not fold nearly as small as an adult razor or some of the smaller commuter scooters. It is built more like an electric scooter to me. The wheels seem slower to me than my husband’s adult scooter. I think it is because they are massively wider than his. I had to put the kick stand on and one of the c-clamps on as well without instructions for doing so. The slowness and the no instructions for the kick stand that barely holds it up if you twist the front wheel are the reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The platform is large enough for me to ride with both feet on it though I have a child size 4 foot. My 9 year old has men’s size 7 had enough room as well. He thought it went slower too. It seems sturdy though the duel suspension does go down a bit with adults riding. I thought this might be good to take to the city on the commuter train but after trying to carry it folded I changed my mind. I must be way shorter than the guy in the product picture. I included some pictures with all 3 of our scooters so people could see the difference side by side. I would say that my hubby’s scooter might be easier and faster for commuters... but for slow country rides mine might be better. But if you like to go fast or want to do skate parks...it’s probably not for you.Pro’s:Wide footbedHeavy dutyNice bubblegum pinkStops wellHandle bars do go higher for tall peopleWould be good for beginnersI was able to go from my sidewalk to my grass with out too much troubleCons:HeavySteering is a little stickyKickstand not installed and didn’t hold it up wellFat wheels that slow it down a bitFunny clip thing on the handle bar that looks as if it should hold a basket

A great product at a great price.
Our daughter loves this scooter. Very sturdy and well built. Her younger bother would love to use it himself, if it weren't so very pink!
