This is the best yellow rice to eat with peas, with chicken, with pork.... The ONLY thing I do different is add 3.5C of water instead of the recommended 4C. 4C of water always gets me soggy rice which I end up throwing away. 3.5C of water and simmer with the lid on for exactly 20 mins. Turn off the heat and wait a min or 2, fluff rice and and some butter.

Use real butter and this will be a great tasting rice for adults.

The box it was shipped in was janky, but all the rice was accounted for.

I live alone so I cook a bag of rice & divide portions to make several diff tasting dishes, ie ‘Spanish Rice’, Italian seasoned chicken & rice, fried rice, and so on. I package & freeze the diff dishes, like making my own ‘TV dinners’ or frozen entrees. Saves time & gives me diverse flavors to enjoy...but it all begins with this really good rice. Good for soups too. jj

This rice was suggested to me by my son. He is an avid cook and also has very little time at night to cook dinner before having to go to bed. This rice practically cooks itself and is soooo good! I highly suggest it. It was shipped well and arrived as expected, in a timely manor.
