Fast delivery, but...
I received this chair several days earlier than the expected delivery date, which is amazing. I was concerned that assembly would be an issue due to all of the comments about poorly labeled instructions. The company must have seen these concerns and made changes, as the images were all labeled and step by step.Unfortunately I had to reach out to the seller today as part of the plastic shielding on one of the arms came broken. Hopefully the overall positive feedback about their customer service is correct as I am hoping to get the piece replaced.First impressions of the chair is that while it looks robust and sturdy, it seems quite wobbly. I made sure to recheck bolts and ensure everything was screwed in as tightly as possible, but it still seems not as sturdy as it should be. This gives me an impression that the chair is going to not hold up well and it makes the chair feel cheap. The arms of the chair also feel cheap as they have a lot of movement in their bracket. Where they attach to the chair, it is quite solid, so it is the actual arm portion that adjusts up and down. Initial review is 2 stars.I will update the review in a month or so with a more thorough review after I have had time to try the chair, but as of right now, I am not fully impressed.Update 4/20/18 - Putting review to a 4 as the seller contacted me less than 12 hours after contacting them about the broken piece on the arm. They are sending a new arm rest out to replace it. The customer service is amazing and many companies could stand to learn from them. I am hoping once the new arm is in place I can update the review again to a 5 star when I have had time to use the chair.Update 5/10/18 - As previously stated, the seller sent me a new arm for my chair. Arrived quickly, which was great. As I have been using the chair, I am starting to notice small issues that are adding up to a negative experience with the chair. When initially reading reviews, there were a few folks that commented about similar things, but I had hoped that those were isolated issues.Unless the back is in the fully upright or reclined position, there is a lot of 'wiggle' that the back will do. At first I thought it was due to an error in my part, because it seemed like the bolts may have been loose on the back. This was not the case. The back just has a lot of give and move. Has the back actually slipped while leaning? No. However, I am not fully comfortable as I am worried that it could. When in the fully upright or reclined position, there is some wiggle, but no where near when in other positions. The seat cushion is terrible. The padding itself is thinner, and does not hold up well with use. It almost seems to be somewhat deflated, even though its foam. My chair is seeing 2-4 hours of use at a time, so it shouldn't be losing its comfort this quick. My cheap office chair held up better than the padding on this chair. I am looking into getting a pad to place on top of it, because this chair is not comfortable.Pros: Price was great, easy to build, Customer service is some of the best I have seen in a long time.Cons: Cheaper feel, padding isn't good, back is loose.I am putting the rating back to 2 stars for the overall chair.Update 5/11/18- once again the customer service of the seller is amazing. They have reached out quickly to help resolve my concerns with the chair. Greatly appreciate it and changing my review again.

A lot to like, so far...
I'll start by saying that I just got this chair. Over time, I'll return and update the review as needed. But, for right now, here goes.Difficulty of Assembly: Low. The chair took me about 45 minutes while fielding the completely random questions of a 7 year old and being "assisted" by said child. There are several more parts than your standard office chair, but that's to be expected.Ease of use: Super easy. It's pretty straightforward. There's a lever to go up and down just like every other computer chair you've ever sat in. In addition, there is a small lever to recline. If you've ever used a traditional recliner...you'll figure it out. It's not rocket science.Comfort: Moderate/High. Here's the thing, comfort is hard to quantify. I will say this, the seat cushion is firmer than I expected it to be. I've had much softer computer chairs in the past. That's not necessarily a bad thing; the chair is actually pretty comfortable. The lumbar support is adjustable, so bonus points there. The headrest is pretty soft. My complaint, comfort-wise, is actually the lumbar support cushion...and that's not really their fault, but rather my lack of proper posture all of these years of gaming. It'll take some getting used to.Materials: Good. The chair seems pretty sturdy when sitting and reclining. The first time I tested the reclining to 180 degrees, I panicked a little thinking I was going to tip over; then I remembered that I had already set it to rock more easily. The base is large enough and heavy enough to support reclining. I weigh about 240 lbs at the moment and I don't feel like I'm going to break the chair. The faux leather seems like it could get pretty hot and sweaty after long use, but that's the price you pay when you go with leather or faux leather.Features: Good. The chair goes up and down...duh, don't all decent computer chairs? It rocks; still not uncommon. This chair reclines into a set position. Now we're talking; not rare, but definitely not standard. Armrests are sturdy and vertically adjustable. 2D would have been awesome, but I knew going in that these were vertical only. The footrest...I'm undecided if I like it or not. I am 5 foot 5 inches and have pretty short legs even for my height, but the "footrest" is at the bottom of my calves at it's fullest extension. It doesn't feel like it's sturdy, but it feels like it's good enough at the same time...if that makes any sense. We'll see over time.Appearance: Very nice. I bought the Black/Blue chair. The colors are sharp and look very nice together. The overall design of the chair is visually appealing. What's wrong with the chair? Honestly, I'm having a hard time finding things wrong. I do have one nit-picky critique. I like to put my feet on the base when I work on the computer, but they are quite uncomfortable on this chair, due to the nice-looking design on them. Beyond that and not being used to the lumbar pillow, I have no complaints right now.For the price-point, it's really not a bad chair. It seems to do everything the manufacturer says it's supposed to.

Overall pretty average chair
Was a pretty good chair overall but the leg rest felt pretty flimsy. After a few years the base cracked thus forcing the cylinder lower and after awhile the cylinder itself failed pushing the chair to the floor to the point you couldn't even sit comfortably
