Phoenix Home Kenitra Contemporary Plastic Dining Chair, Matte Black, Set of 4

I love the chairs' aesthetic- the dark wood base and black seat are perfect for our home, HOWEVER, no where did they write the weight limit on the product page and we discovered it's only 225 when it arrived. If I had known this was the weight limit, I wouldn't have purchased this set. My 6'-2" husband is already at 220 lbs and he's afraid to even fart while sitting down.This was unfortunate, because everything else about the product is perfect. Style, the way it was packaged and shipped, and the cost. I really wished they had the weight limit on the page.

I bought two sets of these to use as my dining room chairs. In one of the sets, one of the chairs holes didn’t line up correctly to I contacted amazon and they sent me a new box and directed me to get one of them our and replace it with the broken one, then send the box back. Other than that the chairs are great! Very cute design and good quality for the price. They aren’t the sturdiest but if you are sitting in them correctly they are fine. My daughter has fallen over in the chair a few times, but only when she wasn’t sitting correctly. I love that the plastic is so easy to clean!

We had the same issue as the other review, the legs were all gouged. It's a packaging issue with the wire rubbing directly against the wood legs.

This might be my worst Amazon purchase to date. Nothing fits the way it is supposed to. It's like trying to pound a square peg through a round hole. The package comes with the white plastic mold and the legs already assembled. The directions then tell you to attach the legs to the plastic mold using screws and these meal hinge type things. Problem is, those don't fit the holes on the bottom of the chair at all. Maybe one of them does, but the other three will not. So you are trying to screw in the screw sideways and you cannot get them flush at all. This is a major safety concern as the chair could just fall apart at any time if the screws are not inserted correctly. Not a great purchase at all.

One chair has broken... first time my husband sat on it. Don’t think this set will last long at all. Need a replacement chair but cannot reach merchant? Where’s the contact info?

These are attractive chairs at a good price, but they came with several deep scratches on the wood legs (I didn’t bother returning, because that’s hard with big items), and they are not super sturdy so I worry about them collapsing—but they have held up for several months, so maybe they are in fact as sturdy as they need to be. However, a screw came out of the bottom of one chair and disappeared, and we have had a hard time replacing it because it’s metric and our local hardware stores don’t carry metric screws. Other than these complaints, they are nice looking chairs and at a good price, and several months later we are still using them daily as kitchen chairs.

Came super gouged.. every leg on all 4 chairs. A 5¢ packaging fix. screw ripped out, one chair is missing the internal screw cant do anything about that so it wiggles all over the place, id return but dont want to take apart these chairs

We purchased these chairs for temporary seating for a conference. Each chair had a scratch in the leg, although they were wrapped separately in paper. The screws on the side of chair were loose and had to be tightened.
