A little tricky to set up. There are 5 alarms, a timer, and a clock. Tap the Mode button to select the screen to be viewed. The clock screen is hour & minute numerals separated by a blinking colon. There are no other symbols. Each alarm screen is numbered in the upper right corner of the display. The timer has a small clock symbol at the bottom between the hour & minute numerals. To set the selected screen, long hold the Mode button until the display starts blinking. Press Hour & Minute buttons to set time. Then tap Mode again to lock the setting. To move to next screen, tap Mode once more . Each alarm screen can be deactivated by tapping the Minute button without long holding the Mode button. This will clear the setting.I found the level of both the audible alarm and the vibration to be fine. However, there is no way to disable one or the other. If you prefer to reduce the sound level, put a piece of duct tape over the small hole on the bottom left corner.I am very pleased with the quality & performance. It is light weight & small enough to carry in a pocket. For late night alarms, it works well without disturbing others when placed under the pillow.

There are only 6 compartments and they are not labeled. It would be nice if there were at least 7 so it covered a week and also had the compartments labeled with days of the week. Allows several alarms to be set, which is nice. However, when an alarm goes off, it makes furious noise for one minute and then is silent. I would prefer if it would sound an alarm once every 30 or 60 seconds until the alarm is cleared. Then if I am out of the room when the alarm goes off, I would get reminded when I return, even if it is an hour after the alarm went off.

Got this for my wife who needs an alarm system for a reminder to take her glaucoma eye drops four times a day. Works great for that purpose. she hears it well enough, though I can't hear it if I am over a few feet away from it. It also vibrates at each alarm time so that if one were to have it in their pocket the alarm would alert as well. (And that's an issue for me. I do not know how to turn the vibration mode off. I am assuming that the vibration consumes a lot of energy and will run the tiny battery down too quickly. Replacing the battery erases all of the settings, the time and the five alarm settings as well requiring a complete reset. This would be okay if we could turn the vibe mode off.) We still give it 5 stars though because it solves our problem.

If you have a lot of pills to take throughout the day and have a problem remembering to take them on time, this is a life saver. It has alarms for multiple times during the day and boy does it work.

I like this pill box for the 5 alarms and because it has 6 compartments and I need that. But, it is hard to open, can be hard to get the pills out of and I really wish I could remove the compartment section so I can wash it. And, apparently, there is no black as I received a white one. It also does not keep accurate time and is a pain to program.

This is a nice pocket size holder with alarm. Works perfect for me to remember to take me vitamins in the morning. Wish there were another slot or two for traveling for a week and that you could turn off the vibration feature.

It works perfect, alarm is loud you can set more then 1.Keeps me on tract with taking my meds.

Easy setup but very difficult to open but when dropped pills fall everywhere. Don’t recommend for anyone with arthritis in hands
