Great price point and quality
These strings have been used by many different famous players and have been endorsed de tension. Durability and play ability of these strings is excellent. Yes, he will sacrifice individual wrapping and perhaps find a hole in the plastic bag. It comes in, but as often as we change strings, the date codes have always been new and they just deliver the perfect five string sound for this tour

Awesome, just put these on the right way everytime.
Make sure you put your strings on right and they will sound very bright and thumping heavy evenly. I play in a Metal band and I definitely like these for what I do. These are more affordable than DR Hi-Beams and I am just as satisfied. You can definitely slap clean with these.I play heavy and hard, Great for Death Metal or other extreme genres wanting more clank out of their sound.I play in Drop A# on a 4 string Ltd TA-600 35" Scale, and a C standard on a Epiphone Thunderbird 34" Scale, these have the right amount of tension and feel, not super tight and not loose, just perfect for my needs, whether you play with your fingers like me, or use a pick , you're gonna love these.I use these to play live and I use these in the studio. These strings will last a good while before they break, I've had them on another bass for over a year, before I started playing live and recording again, just take care of them and while and clean them after playing and the brightness will last longer. I do recommend let them settle and stretch for a day before recording, and they will stay in tune. I highly recommend Dunlop strings for any musician, they will have something that will suit your needs whether it's guitar or bass for metal music or rock, or any other genre they are the perfect string maker and they got you covered.

Great sound!
Great bass strings. They sound great on my Sire Marcus Miller V7 5 string bass. Bright with strong and clear t articulation.

LOVE THESE STRINGS!
I've been using these for quite awhile now. These have a great feel and I love the tension. The 120 "B" string is so articulate and not floppy. Most of all the price is right. To the guys that keep saying they are breaking "G" strings I'd say it is something you're doing. In 4 years I have never had one break!

Especially good for slap, but works with all styles
If you play bass, you have probably heard about these strings. The stainless version has a "grippy" feel, which some may not like, but I like knowing that if my finger placement is not correct they will not tend to slip as much. I would not consider them rough, though (a fear some have with stainless steel roundwounds). They are also quite flexible for their diameter/size. If you like stiff strings, you will probably want to get a heavier set than the 40/100 or try another brand that is less flexible (like DR Lo-Riders). The super brights live up to their name out of the box, but tame down quite a bit after a few hours playing. They are still a bright string though. They have a good, somewhat "growly" sound when played fingerstyle or with a pick, and have great clarity when slapped. It is very impressive how clear open E is with this string.

Lovely Strings
The feel of these strings is wonderful. It has almost a silky feel with great bounce. The most impressive this to me is the tone of the strings. The slap and pops are amazing. I will purchase again.
