It's very good, it works in about 7 hours, but it's very effective. However, when it's working, you absolutely have to be near a bathroom.

I like it. It’s mild detox, not too much tummy ache, I sleep good even through it. It’s worth it , it’s strong but not too aggressive.

This tea is a good alternate to the one that I used to order, which is no longer available. This one works just as well.

Taste is great! It works as advertised. I read a review that said it takes about 7 hours to work, and I found this to be true. Just be aware it does come with a bit of nausea and stomach cramping. I found this part relatively short-lived, so nothing too serious. I drank a cup and then reused my tea bag to have a second cup, so I'm not sure if this increased my nausea at all. I will probably use this super rarely, but I'm not mad at what I got. The tea took effect at 9 p.m., and although there was some initial back and forth to the bathroom, it didn't keep me up all night or disrupt me once it ran its course, which was maybe like 30 minutes to an hour of an experience (nausea and cramping included in that time frame).

I’ll start by saying this product really cleans you out. Unfortunately, I was an innocent victim that learned this the hard way. While visiting my octogenarian mother who has a history of severe constipation, I was inadvertently served a cup of this gut debridement beverage as an after dinner drink. The flavor was bland, without a hint of the furor that would come my way hours later, waking me from a sound sleep. I spent the next several hours on and off the toilet, sweating and wondering what intestinal bug had infiltrated my delicate gut flora balance. Once I finally accepted that the sun would be shining for many hours to come, I dragged myself upstairs to find my mother flitting around the kitchen in obvious fine health. Together we reviewed what we had eaten and how it could be that I had such a violent reaction to some tainted food product. It was then that the light bulb went off, and I realized that she had inadvertently dumped the California Dieter’s Tea bags into her catch-all canister for tea selection. Apparently since the box it came in was green and touted being caffeine free, she erroneously confused it for ordinary green tea and allowed it to be mixed into the general tea bag population. So, a word to the wise; this stuff works like a gut bomb charm, but for the love of all things holy keep it away from the rest of your tea bags. This is no innocuous after dinner aperitif, this is top shelf all the way, and to only be enjoyed on special occasions!
