Heavy pan so should not bend or get dented very easily. Nice idea with the pouring lip for straining meat juices for a gravy. Deep roasting tin as some are quite shallow. Have used mine quite a lot and it washes up like new.

On the 10th April 2013, I ordered and subsequently received two `Master Class Non-Stick Roasting Pans with Pouring Lips 30cms 22cms'. I bought these items because of the 25 year guarantee and 5 year guarantee on the double layered non-stick coating.Despite covering the base with Olive Oil prior to cooking on each occasion, the non-stick coating is not working, indeed on one pan the metal work is already showing through the coating. Neither pans are particularly non-stick and subsequently I wish to have a full refund.We are well experienced with `Non-Stick' pans and utensils, (we usually purchase Tefal products) but despite non-fruitful searching for the Tefal equivalent the `Master Class' product was purchased instead. We have been cooking on AGA cookers & ovens for over 25 years.

I like the weight and size of this roasting tray however on first use and wash the juice strainer rusted and dropped off. It's a bit too deep for roasting anything but a substantial joint - food lying under the height of the sides doesn't brown or roast very well.

I've had two of these in 6 months, both have the non stick pealing off and we always hand wash - not dishwasher. Good product size etc but poor quality.

very nice for the smaller joint, and for 2 people its suits just fine, not suitable for the larger family

The non stick has started to come off after a couple washers.

I've only used it once so far .. It worked perfectly and the pouring lip was great for straining gravy. I like it..

Most of the non stick has already come off so not worth the money
