I expected a good vitamin, but didn't expect it to help me with any medical issues. I have been taking zantac 150mg once a day for 5 yrs. After about a month on taking 2-3 caps a day of this vitamin, I discontinued my Zantac and my heartburn has not come back. I don't know if it is attributed to a vitamin deficiency or maybe my appetite is a bit less than before and I don't eat as much. Either way, I was happy to come back from vacation without even opening my zantac bottle. Ordering more today

I have tried several vitamins, and these seem to be the best for me. They do not upset my stomach, and no after taste. The only warning I would give is that the Supplement facts listed on the back are "per serving" serving size is 4 vitamins, so this is not 120 day supply of vitamins. I take two at lunch and one at dinner and they seem to be working great for me. I don’t have a rush of energy like I get from some brands, but I find myself having more energy throughout the day vs spikes

While I prefer pills over capsules, I’ve used this product for greater than 25 years. Life source brand is timed tested and worth the investment.

I've been taking this multivitamin for several years and I'm convinced it's doing an excellent job of keeping me alive and healthy! What more can I say!

After a trial for several months I switched from Source Naturals to another brand (GNC MegaMan). The vitamins work OK, but they don't smell very nice, and having to take 4 large capsules in the morning is not a blast. Plus my wife was constantly asking if I just ate garlic. YMMV.

These have a great balance of vitamins and minerals, and I love the capsule form rather than the tablet. With tablets, you tend to get a nasty flavor as you swallow them, but you don't taste anything with the caps. Serving size is 4 caps, but label says to take 4-8 per day.

These tablets have a horrible smell and are huge. I will not buy them again.

I took a half serving of this for a couple of months and while I felt okay, I can't say I noticed a significant difference in my health over other multivitamins I've taken. I went back to using GNC Mega Men the next month.
