Big Spring Mill A NO. 1 Seasoned Flour (5 POUND BAG)

This is my second 5# bag of this seasoned flour. It's the best I've ever used and I don't add a thing to it. In fact, you definitely do NOT want to add salt until you taste the cooked product. I've never needed to add any. I use it for anything I want a little breading on and it's great for gravies.

My family has been using this product for over 30 years and we swear by it. Such a unique white pepper flavor and it makes such good gravy. I even opened a restaurant back in 2008 and have used it for my fried chicken ever since. I highly highly recommend this product to everyone!!

Perfect for frying just about anything.

Great for frying fish! We put some in a bag, drop the fish in, shake, wait a few minutes and pan fry or deep fry. We didn't use egg or anything else to dip it in. I love that it is a thin coating..not thick like "batter". Good stuff.

This was recommended by a friend for frying fish. It was delicious. I have used it on vegetables and chicken. Awesome. Would purchase again.

This is some great flour, I fried chicken last night and didn't have to add any seasonings as it's already in the flour. The chicken came out better then mine with seasoning. Love this stuff. I also made my gravy with it, very delicious. Mrs. Glenn Bouley

Best I have ever had. I do this 50/50 with regular flour. One cup big spring one cup regular flour for my taste. Little salty that's why I cut it down.

Great seasoned flour as we knew it would be. The price was outrageously high. We only purchased it through Amazon due to the pandemic. It is less than half the price when purchased at our local Kroger.
