The Aesthetic: The blade pattern looks beautiful on a magnetic knife strip—it definitely looks more expensive than it actually is. Versatility: While it's marketed as a vegetable knife, the height of the blade makes it a great "scoop" to transfer chopped food from the board to the pan. A quick tip: This is high-carbon stainless steel, so make sure to hand wash and dry it immediately to keep that finish looking pristine. Don't throw this one in the dishwasher!
