EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
My magenta ink would not display. I contacted the supplier and they got back to me immediately. They walked me through various means to try to correct to no avail. They ended up sending me a whole new supply of ink. Unfortunately, that didn't work either so I went ahead and order OEM HP magenta ink in case that might be the problem but that didn't work either so I have to assume that print head is dead. However, all of their other color inks installed beautifully and looked great. I have to conclude that my printer needs to be retired. The company is amazing though.

Best Ink!
This ink is the best. I have been using this ink for quite some time now. Was skeptical to try because the price is so cheap. So happy I did! The quality is much better than I expected. Lasts a long time and the print quality is amazing, black or color print is perfect. I did have one black cartridge that didn't work but I contacted the company and they replaced the whole set. Great customer service.

Complete trash.. tried both sets multiple times and were not recognized by the printer. What a waste of money

I bought this ink without realizing that it was a different brand and boy was I happy I did!! This companyis ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! The second set of ink is already in my printer and printing spectacularly!! Check out the video

Smart ink 8 pack
I purchased smart ink to replace my hp 920XL. For 7500a wide format e-all-in-one printer. The printer says not original hp cartridge, but just cancel that and print away. I love the colors. Prints beautifully on regular paper and printable canvas. I had to replace my ink cartridges tonight and the other ink cartridges where empty had leaked all out,I contacted the customer service and found out that they weren't even smart ink cartridges. Somehow there was a mix up,maybe someone sent the box back with 1 set of smart cartridges and another brand.I sent pictures and my order information from Amazon. And Robert was so easy to work with. The best customer service ever he sent me a new order expedited service should be here within 3 days. I will purchase again I really do love the colors of this ink. And the way it prints.It's a great buy, the price is perfect.

DO NOT WORK for HP Office Jet Pro 6978!!!! Even though they are supposed to, they DO NOT work. BUT I give 3 stars preliminary as within minutes of me contacting the company, they said I could swap them out for the correct cartridges through Amazon.. If all goes well, I will make this review a 4 - 5 star just for the customer support itself.
