Q: Is it good for macarons. Is it fine enough for macarons?

I've used this for macarons and they came out perfect. You still need to sieve as there are some slightly bigger bits in the bag but most of it is small enough

Q: Can this be used in a protein shake ?

No idea. Never used it for that. I only use for baking.

Q: Can I use this to make almond milk?

I only use it for baking and I think almond milk is only made with crushed almonds. But if you can find a recipe with almond flour, this one should work.
