Works wonders
I was taking a fenugreek vitamin before but I had to take 2 vitamins, 3 times a day and I am horrible with remembering my vitamins. I have an alarm for my prenatal and magnesium and iron but having three alarms throughout the day in the middle of everything I have going on was just intrusive. So I decided to give this a try. It’s easy. I just mix two packets into two bottles at the beginning of my day, and just drink one at breakfast and one at dinner. Way simpler. On top of it, my left nipple is inverted and my left breast has produced significantly less than my right one ever since my baby was born. And she doesn’t latch because my right nipple is too big for her mouth and obviously the left inverted one is going to be difficult as well. So I exclusively pump for her to avoid the stress it was putting her under trying to force her. Let me just say. I was able to get maybe 2-3oz from my left one before. And I just pumped 10 minutes ago and I got 5.5oz from my left one. And over 6oz from my right. I have only been drinking for 3 days and already have an abundance again! It smells like maple syrup, BUT THATS NORMAL. There’s a lot of reviews saying it has a weird nasty smell, but that is maple syrup ladies. That is the odor from the fenugreek. And taking fenugreek you will also smell a bit like syrup yourself. It’s NORMAL. Don’t let those reviews scare you off. It barely tastes like anything, has a slight sweetness to it. It is easy to down. I just chug the whole thing to get it out of the way. Tastes SLIGHTLY of maple syrup as well but it’s not over powering. You barely taste it. Please, if you are desperate to see an increase in your milk supply, give this a chance. Lots of women complaining of the smell and taste, but even if it doesn’t suit your taste buds, I think it’s worth it if it means your little one gets more milk in my opinion. As moms we have to do whatever it takes for them. And as long as it’s not harming you, I think we can put up with a flavor that’s not of the sweetest variety and a smell that’s not a field of roses. Our kids come first. Give it a chance and see for yourself, what can it hurt? All I know is my baby is eating REAL GOOD. 🫡👍🏼

Very tasteful to drink
Used these while breastfeeding. Flavor is good and kept the flow on my production. No increase that I’ve seen. However, I stopped breastfeeding and I’m still drinking the chocolate till this day and I can feel it in my breast.

Doesn't taste like anise or fennel! Yay!
This is the only product I've found so far that contains the milk-supply-increasing ingredients fennel and anise but doesn't actually taste or smell like fennel or anise. Anise (tastes like black licorice) makes me gag - smelling or tasting it - and it seems like all the milk teas out there are that flavor. This stuff doesn't taste awesome or anything, but it certainly doesn't make me gag. I'm more than happy to keep drinking if it actually increases my milk supply. I'll update this review with details about effectiveness after I've been drinking it for a week. Update: After using 2 packets a day for 9 days with no increase in supply, I ordered another box and started taking it 3 times a day. I have definitely noticed an increase in my pumping output. It's not like it doubled my output or anything, but there is definitely more. This slight increase is acceptable to me. You can judge your milk supply based on pumping output. If you're able to pump a ton of milk, you probably have a case of oversupply, which is not good either. A slight increase in supply is OK, but a huge increase can lead to all sorts of problems like let down that is too forceful, clogged ducts, mastitis, etc. Update: The main active ingredients in this drink mix are fenugreek and blessed thistle. I took another reviewer's advice and just purchased fenugreek and blessed thistle capsules, also on Amazon. The capsules are also taken 3 times a day, but they are much cheaper than this drink mix. I don't mind swallowing large pills, so I prefer the capsules. They are working just as well, if not a little better, than the drink mix.

Boosts milk supply but acquired taste!
I used these daily at the beginning of breastfeeding/pumping journey. After a few months my freezer supply was stocked up so I decreased my pumps and forgot to reorder more milk flow. After 9 months postpartum and dropping to 3 pumps per day, I can see how much my supply has decreased so I reordered Milkflow and I can already see an ounce increase per pump after a day. The chocolate flavor tastes a lot better than the mix berry but it’s still strong so I like to use 1 part almond milk, 1 part water and a squirt of chocolate syrup. Use a shaker bottle and it seems to mask the taste well :-)

Affordable, but Didn't Work for Us Personally
We were hopeful about this product, especially with the great price and positive reviews. The chocolate flavor was fine, and we appreciated the added electrolytes and natural ingredients like fenugreek. We bought several boxes in hopes it would help boost milk supply for my wife, but unfortunately, it just didn’t make a difference in our case. To be fair, this might come down to individual biology, lactation can be complex, and not every product will work for every person. It may be helpful for others, and I wouldn't say it's a bad product overall, but we didn’t get the results we were looking for. Still giving three stars because it’s well-formulated, reasonably priced, and might be effective for others.

You HAVE to try this drink mix!
The UpSpring Milkflow Fenugreek Chocolate flavor is amazing! I've been wanting to try the powder, but I wasn't too sure about the flavors, so I held off. I randomly came across the chocolate flavor and decided to give it a try. I'm incredibly picky, and I legitimately love this drink. I take a 16 oz water bottle and fill it halfway up with 2% milk and then pour in the powder. I would say to shake it for a minute or so, and then it should be good to go! I've tried mixing it with a spoon, and even using my husbands shaker, but I like the water bottle method much better, plus its definitely more quiet so that helps. I've only had one packet a day for four days and I did accidentally skip one day, but it seems to be working well for me. I've tried SO many different things to help with my milk production and the only other thing that's worked are the lactation cookies, BUT it takes me about 3 hours to make them, thanks to my little toddler helper, and I have to eat about three a day so I go through them pretty quickly. This drink is definitely more convenient, but it is a little expensive for me to be taking two packets a day.. So I will be sticking with one a day unless I notice a change. The drink tastes amazing, just like chocolate milk, and I actually look forward to drinking it. My only worry is that I've noticed my daughter has had more gas recently, and some people have said its due to the Fenugreek, but I'm honestly not sure yet. For reference, last weekend when I pumped at work I only got 3 oz for the whole day. This weekend, I had almost 9 oz for the whole day. . so definitely an improvement, and I hadn't changed anything but adding the drink mix to my daily routine. Good luck! Definitely worth giving it a try!

These by far have been the best supplements to increase my milk production
These by far have been the best supplements to increase my milk production! my daughter is 8 months now and me and my husband were going on vacation for our anniversary for a whole week. My daughter eats about 25 to 30oz per day. Acouple weeks prior to, I counted my supply and thought yo myself "I will have enough to last".... then a couple days later the sitter called to say she would be needing my breast milk. I was so irritated with myself for not factoring that in. So I read about supplementing. I read that I needed to take 3500mg per day and pump at least 2 hours a day. so I would pump before work for 30 mins around 630am. At work 2 times for 30 mins each time 11 and 3:30 and then at home around 9pm. I will admit I did see an increase in supply, but I soon had developed stomach issues. I was always feeling gassy. about 1 week prior to my vacation, I switched to milk flow. I loved it! great berry taste and my stomach issues completely resolved. I would take 2 to 3 packs a day and I was able to keep my supply up, pumping 12 ton14 oz per session! By the time my anniversary vacay came around. I was able to leave DD with her grandparents and 208oz of breastmilk! 2 oz shy of my goal :).

Chocolate Flavor. Would buy again. I recommend this.
This is actually my second time buying this product. I wanted to give it another try. I have horrible milk production other than 3-7 am. I'm older 35, Baby had latch issues early on and breastfeeding has been a struggle. She is now 3 months but I have been zombing out pumping night and day with breastfeeding because she is teething and seems the nipple is making her mouth sensitive so she only wants to breastfeed when she's tired or off and on off and on all day grabbing at her mouth. That has hurt my production like crazy. Going back to work and having time to consume enough water is also a challenge. The first time I noticed I took the product it did increase my levels, maybe not like some mom's reviews but a noticeable difference. I took it 3 times a day, so I only took it for a week. It is pricey but I would say worth the price. Cookies are alot of money too as well as other pill supplements so comparitivly I feel like this is a better bargain. The second time using it I'm doing twice a day. I do it in the morning and mid afternoon. After the first pump, first day I yielded one more once.. to those struggling that's a happy sign this is great because by body processed it right away some people said it took a few days to get going. I hate my Medela pump too it does not work well as Spectra which are apart of some of my pumping issues. Taste.. tastes great! But it has kinks you have to work out. I put it in cold milk or hot milk. You can put it on coffee of you wish. I have one cup of coffee each day so I personally don't want to taint my coffee haha. But chocolate milk does aid milk production anyways. It is extremely hard to blend the poweder which in other reviews are frustrating for some. Get a Blender ball cup and I promise you won't have any issues if you are going the cold route. Hot route put the powder in first add hot milk slowly at a time and whisk until desolved. Or use a blender. The taste is a chocolatey maple-ish taste due to the Fenugreek. Your milk will smell like it. Baby likes the taste so it's fine for me. However some babies are very sensitive to Fenugreek it can hurt their tummies and give them gas so pay attention. I haven't had any issues. There are some teas that do not have fenugreek but it doesn't work as well in my opinion. Lastley with this product I get Fuller breasts faster. It's important to eat healthy I try to add oatmeal to my diet every day. You can also have a beer too which helps the Brewers yeast and barley aids in production. It does not have to be alcoholic to have the affect you can grab a Buckler's or odoules it works great. And you won't make anything if you don't drink fluids and eat properly there is no miracle to avoid that. Being a super mommy is hard and finding time to eat a balanced diet and consume your weight in water is hard! Good luck!
