The photos with the red ribbon are from the first year I had the tree (2020) and the video is this year (2024). I absolutely love this tree! Everyone who comes over compliments me on how beautiful it is. It has real looking, strong outer branches and the inside are less real looking - I show the difference in the video. Folks on here complain about that in some of the reviews - this is actually a great feature because you can’t tell the inner ones are less real looking when it’s decorated AND they are bendable which is helpful for decorating - the real looking ones aren’t bendable wire but are strong to hold ornaments without drooping much. It’s super easy to set up. One of the things I look for in a artificial tree — that isn’t easy to find — is a good amount of space between branches to accommodate ornaments and allow for “layering” - this tree is perfect for that - you don’t end up with all the ornaments just laying on the outside - if you know what I mean. Cons // As some folks have said - it is heavy and doesn’t come with a carrier (luckily my husband is strong😊) - but seriously, I would have a tough time moving it around by myself so keep that in mind. After 5 years, some of the lights aren’t working but very few - I figure that’s just part of wear. Also, it sheds some when we get it out of storage but not too bad. I can say that after 5 Christmases of use, it’s still a great tree, it’s still beautiful, and I wouldn’t trade it for another. If / when I need to get another one, I will get the same one.

This tree is amazing! The lights are perfectly “warm”, and we got so many compliments from people saying it looked like a real tree. It did take a while to fluff the branches, but they were sturdy enough to hold ornaments and not be saggy, which I was worried about. It is a lot wider than our previous tree, but I think that added to the “real” look of it. Overall very happy with this purchase!!

I purchased a National Tree 2 years ago and the bottom section wouldn’t light up. After many attempts with Amazon, we finally received a replacement tree. They kept trying to offer a 10-15% refund if I would keep the non-working tree. After a couple of weeks I received my replacement. It was gorgeous the first year. I had so many compliments on how real the tree looked. This year when we set up the tree only a very small section of lights worked. Customer service was quick to respond to my warranty claim. I was approved for a replacement tree. The next day, someone sent a message for additional details on my current tree. I provided this information and I never heard back from the company. I have attempted to call and sent multiple emails without a single response. I paid a lot of money for a tree that worked one year. I will never purchase another tree through this company.

This tree is beautiful it is my absolute favorite tree we have ever had! It looks real it fluffs out nicely and there are so many lights on it! It’s gorgeous! Great quality, well worth the price!

Very thick and full tree! Unfortunately we had to send it back because the diameter is HUGE. It is way wider than most trees. I would've loved to keep this tree but our space just didn't accommodate the width. Looked very realistic! The photo is prior to any fluffing, you can see how dense it is. If you have enough space in your home, go for it!!! It's a gorgeous tree

We’ve just set up the tree and, after shaping it for about 20 minutes, it looks very nice. The light color temperature is great, but I was disappointed to see that the lights are not LEDs – I hadn’t even considered that they might be anything else. And no remote and further light/dim options. For what it is, the price also feels a bit high. That said, we’re happy with it for now: it’s up and it looks great and VERY real. We’ll see how well the quality holds up after taking it down and putting it back up a few times. Some of the branch hinges did not seem very sturdy and a few were disconnected, but we managed to fix them.

We love this 6.5 ft pre-lit Fraser Christmas tree. It is easy to put together and just the right size for our condo. There are enough lights to make the room cozy without being over bearing. If you spend the time fluffing the tree as instructed, it will look full and beautiful. I would recommend this product.

This is my first artificial tree purchase other than a small one we used as a second tree. I've been purchasing a real tree for over 4 decades. Due to my high risk for Covid, I wasn't able to purchase a real Fraser Fir tree this year, so I purchased this artificial one. I looked at a lot of trees online and read reviews before I made my purchase. The overall star rating and the pictures are what sold me on this tree despite some of the bad reviews. However, I now understand those bad reviews because what I got wasn't what I expected. I feel the pictures don’t represent the tree I received. Although the actual assembly was easy, I counted off stars due to the amount of time it took fluffing the tree and trying to find a way to adjust the branches to fill in the bare spots. Trust me, no matter how much time you spend fluffing the tree, there's going to be bare spots which are worse than a real tree. You'll also see the trunk unless you fill in the bare spots. We not only spent a few hours fluffing the tree, it took more time to decorate than a real tree. I was surprised because I've always been told they're easier, but that wasn't the case. We spent over 10 hours decorating. I used a lot of ribbon to fill in gaps as well as using flowers to fill in bare spots. In the end, the tree looks nice, but it took way too much effort. I feel there's too much movement with the branches. In addition, moving the tree after decorating requires caution because the sections of the trunk don't lock solid in place, so there's movement. I feel the tree could also be sturdier. As someone else stated, the lights are mainly on the outer part of the tree. I feel they could have done a better job with the lights. In addition, the first set of plugs are too far down in the tree for my topper plug to reach. The plugs are attached tightly to the tree, so I didn't want to try to move them. Instead I opted not to have my topper lit. However, I could have run an extension cord up the tree to plug it in. I like the way the tips of the tree have a realistic look, but the tree certainly wasn't worth what I paid for it. I wanted something that would have a similar look to a real Fraser, but this tree was a disappointment. I feel the company doesn’t really grasp the look of a real Fraser Fir. I've seen cheap trees far fuller than this one. I wish I had saved my money and purchased one of them instead.
